Good day earthlings
Everything is pretty much settled. Had the right to abode in Hong Kong; and new job starting next month which is less than a week. Going to stay in Mainland during the weekdays and only be back in Hong Kong for weekend. Pray hard everything would be smooth and happy.
Anyway, the weather is getting warmer, and more humid now. Today top at 24 Celsius with 90% humidity. I hate the sticky wet weather here. It makes my mood swing, and uncomfy to stay outdoor. Sigh. It’s just the beginning of Spring and here I am wishing Autumn and Winter don’t be late.
Accompanied Roy to Causeway Bay to meet up with Selina at La Maison Du Chocolat Paris, Lee Garden 1. Had their cold chocolate drink. Totally chocolate overdose!! Some final documents to sign and the MDRT-membership fees to be paid. Then we had late lunch/afternoon tea at SML Restaurant at Time Square.

# It’s pretty obvious. SML means Small – Medium – Large. All dishes come in SML. Small is for taste. Medium is a meal. And Large is for sharing. Pretty good.

# Like the environment. It’s cosy in there. The staff there are friendly and helpful. They can speak pretty decent English too! Other customers are quite classy. Ain’t loud. No tourist from mainland. So, it’s quiet with a comfortable lightning.

# My drink – Hot lemon tea. Like the cute table paper with the sketch drawing saying “drink me”

# My order. Small Clam Linguine. Clam is super fresh. It has the natural sweetness. Linguine is perfectly cook with pints of garlics and some herbs. I like my pasta this way.

# Roy order this Medium Hanger Steak with chips Hanger steak medium cook, with special house sauce blend well with the steak. Chips aren’t fried. It’s roasted. Like this too!
